How to request payment on seller account
You have to have a seller account if you want to be able to withdraw the money.
After you have completed the order and the customer has received their order with all the satisfaction. You can go ahead and request your money via
- PayPal
- Bank Account
- MoneyGram
- Western Union
- Payoneer
- Skrill
All the payments are secured and your transaction information won’t be registered in our system. For security reasons, you will need to provide the transaction information each time you want to withdraw your money from your seller account.
How to withdraw my money.
- Login to your seller account. Learn how to login into my seller account?
- Inside of your seller account clicks on Withdraw.
- Click on Withdraw now and select the payment method you would like to use to receive your money.
FYI: The withdrawal request can be made anytime after your product is purchased by the buyer but you can receive your money only from the time the buyer has received their products from your store, and then our team will go ahead and process your payment, the payment can be reflected in your account or any of the payment methods around 5 business days. In case it takes more than 5 business days, please contact us.
