How to contact a shop before buying
To contact the seller:
1. On a product listing page, select Contact Seller on the right of the listing title.
2. Sign in to your Luwaay account if you aren't already, or register an account.
3. Type your subject and comment into the text box on the right box that will appear.
4. After you Send your message, the seller will be notified and can respond.
The seller wasn't able to help me
If the seller is unable to help you, your next step is to request help from Luwaay Support by opening a case under the Help Support page. Luwaay takes full responsibility for any item that doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the description in the listing.
