How to Track Your Luwaay Order

Sign in to luwaay.com and go to Your account.

1st Method. 

1. Click on Track order on the footer.
2. Before you verify your order make sure you have successfully received an order number in an email for your order.
3. Enter your Order Number and your Account Email Address
4. You'll see the status of your Order in a pop-up window.

2nd Method 

1. On luwaay.com , point your mouse to your profile picture and the drop menu will come out.
2.  Click View My Profile .
3. inside of your profile on the left click Order Tracking   
4.  Enter your Order Number then click Ok. 
5. You will see your Order tracking

What is the Order Tracking Process?

• Pending Order The seller hasn't shipped the order yet or didn't update the order on Luwaay.
• Process Order: The seller has accepted and got your order shipped.
• Shipping: The seller will send you an email with the link and tracking number from the shipping carrier.
• Declined Order: If the seller does not possess or he/she available the order will be declined and the amount will be refunded to your bank account.
• Completed Order: if the order has been received by you, the seller will update as completed.
• Click Track Package to see more tracking updates.

You can also see shipping information in the shipping notification emails for your order. Click Track Package in the email notification to view the status of your delivery.

Why wasn't tracking information provided for my order?

Not all shipping methods include tracking information. You can contact us or directly the shop to see if we have tracking information for your order.
